摘　　要：大学衍生企业对于促进大学的技术成果转化具有重要的作用。本文在衍生企业的发展阶段模型的基础上,从资源的视角分析了在不同衍生阶段企业发展所需的资源。根据大学对衍生过程的资源支持类型,分析了大学对企业资源支持的组织依托,提出了大学和衍生企业互动发展关系的理论模型。University spin-off company has an important role for the promotion of the university technology into real productive forces. Based on development stage model of spin-off company, we analyze resources requirement in different stages of the spin-off company from the perspective of resources. According to the university support the spin-off process, we analysis the organizational backing of the university support the spin-off company, and the interactive development theoretically model between university and spin-off company.
