摘　　要：根据裕溪河黄金水道沿岸资源、环境和经济、社会条件的优势劣势和机遇的分析,提出了可持续发展的前瞻性策划,确立了开发总体概念和主题,并制定了关键性策略,可为下一步详细规划提供规划依据。According to the analysis of the resources, environment and economics, social conditions including disadvantages and advantages and opportunities of the golden waterway coastwise segment of Yuxi river, a forward-looking sustainable development planning was brought for- ward, the overall concept and theme of development was established, and the key strategy was also developed, which provide the basis for the next detailed planning.
