摘  要:以九甜粱1号茎秆为试材,在2007年茎秆收获后贮存近7个月的过程中分4个时期进行了乙醇提取实验。结果表明,甜高粱茎秆在贮存过程中,粗乙醇的提取率随茎秆水分、有效糖分的减少和纯度的下降而递减,虽然较鲜秆分别下降了1.02%、2.67%、3.25%,但能够有效延长北方地区甜高粱茎秆的加工期。为确定吉林地区的合理加工时期与最大加工时限提供了参考。Jiutianliang No. 1 sweet sorghum stem (harvested in 2007) was used as testing materials. After 7 months storage, the stems were divided into four groups for the experiments according to different storage period. The results showed that during the storage of the stems, the extraction rate of crude ethanol dropped with the decrease of water content, efficient sugar content and sugar purity in the stems (dropped by 1.02 %, 2.67 % and 3.25 % respectively compared with the extraction rate of ethanol produced by fresh stems). However, the storage of the stems could effectively prolong its processable period in northern China. The experiments could provide reference for the determination of reasonable processing time and the maximum processing time of the stems in Jilin.
