摘  要:全国啤酒行业每年的污泥产量在30万t以上,若不能妥善处置,会造成资源的浪费和环境污染。啤酒污泥是一种富含有机质、高氮、高磷、低钾的有机肥,污泥农用资源化具有投资少、能耗低、运行费用低等优势,可作为农田、林地、退化土地的施用,或污泥经消化、堆肥或制成复合肥料后施用。为确保污泥农用的环境安全性,需要预先对污泥进行相应的稳定化、无害化处理。The annual yield of beer sludge is above 0.3 million ton in China. Inadequate disposal of beer sludge would result in the waste of resources and environmental pollution, Beer sludge contains rich organic substances, high nitrogen, high phosphorus and low potassium, and it could be used as fertilizer. The agricultural resources disposal of beer sludge has the advantages such as low investment, low energy consumption, and low operation cost etc. The treated beer sludge could be used for forestry, farm and degraded soil or for the production of compound fertilizer, In order to secure the environment, beer sludge must undergo stabilization treatment and harmlessness treatment beforehand.
