摘　　要：Apelin是一个最近发现的肽,它是G蛋白耦联受体APJ的内源性配体。Apelin和APJ的mRNA广泛地存在大鼠和人体内,包括心脏在内的多种器官组织均有分布,对中枢神经系统和外周都有影响。Apelin/APJ系统有内分泌、旁分泌和外分泌几种作用方式。这个系统具有降低血压,正性肌力等生理作用。最近的研究表明,Apelin/APJ系统具有促进血管形成的作用,对治疗缺血性疾病以及抑制肿瘤的生长和病理性视网膜疾病等具有重要意义。As a peptide, discovered recently, Apelin is the coupled receptor of G protein-APJ. The mRNA of Apelin and APJ are distributed in many tissues and organs of human and rats, including hearts. They have many effects on central nervous system（CNS） and periphery tissues and organs. The Apelin/APJ system has several mode of action, including endocrine secretion, paracrine secretion and excrine. It has depressurization,positive inotropic and other physical actions. However, it has been reported that the system has the action of enchancing angiopoiesis which has important meaning in treating ischemic diseases and inhibiting tumors＇ growth and pathologic retinal diseases.
