摘  要:基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)是MMP家族的成员,在哮喘患者的气道、血清、痰和肺组织表达均升高,参与了哮喘中基质的重塑和炎性细胞的迁移。MMP-9还可能与重塑中气道平滑肌的增生、新血管的形成和杯状细胞的增生有关。引起哮喘气道重塑的因素常上调MMP-9的表达。多种药物可通过抑制MMP-9的表达或降低其活性以延缓或逆转气道重塑,这有望成为防治哮喘气道重塑的新方法。Matrix metalloproteinase-9 ( MMP-9 ) is one member of the matrix metalloproteinases family. It is high expressed in airway, serum, sputum and lung tissue of patients with asthma, and contributes to the remodeling of the extraeellular matrix and migration of inflammatory cells. MMP-9 maybe also take part in airway smooth muscle hyperplasia, neovaseularity, and goblet cell hyperplasia. Some factors causing airway remodeling often upregulate the expression of MMP-9. Many drugs can inhibite or reverse the remodeling by inhibiting MMP-9expression or decreasing its activity. Which is expected to be the new method preventing and curing the airway remodeling of asthma.
