摘 要:制作和应用椎间盘退变动物模型是研究椎间盘退变疾病的一种重要手段,同时为其修复研究提供良好的实验载体。椎间盘退变的动物模型分为诱发型和自发型两大类。其中前者可通过改变腰椎间盘生物力学环境、损伤椎间盘自身结构诱发退变,后者则是自发的椎间盘退变。虽然目前各类模型均有一定的局限性,但随着动物模型和人类椎间盘退变之间的相关性和可比性逐渐明确,其在椎间盘退变性疾病的研究中将具有更好的应用前景。文章就椎间盘退变建模新进展进行综述。Establishing and applying animal model of intervertebral disc degeneration is an important method to study intervertebral disc degeneration, as well as to provide good experimental carrier for repair research. Animal models were divided into two groups: induced models or spontaneous models. Intervertebral disc degeneration found in the induced group can result from changing biomechanic environment of intervertebral disc and damaging the structure of intervertebral disc. The later aften results from autonomous intervertebral disc degeneration. Although kinds of animal models have their own limitation in some extent, animal model will have more prospects in the study of intervertabral disc degeneration with the clearance of dependability and comparability between animal model and human intervertebral disc degeneration. This article reviews progress about establishement of related animal model.
