摘　　要：微创全髋关节置换术是在一个或者两个<10cm的小切口内完成常规全髋关节置换手术效果的前提下,减少对周围组织的创伤,减少对患者的生理干扰,缩短康复时间的一项新技术。微创全髋关节置换术自20世纪90年代出现后,近几年有了很大的发展。该文就文献报道的微创全髋关节置换术的各种手术方法、治疗效果,以及优缺点予以综述。Microinvasive replacement of total hip is a new technology completing the operation based on the one or two small cuts below 10cm,which can reduce the injury to the surrounding tissue, decrease the interference of patient＇s physiology and lower the rehabilitation duration. Miereinvasive hip replacement has achieved great development since its occurrence in 1990s. This article reviews microinvasive hip replacement about its kinds of methods, therapeutic effects, advantages and disadvantages based on related data.
