摘　　要：随着社会环境的不断变化,心血管神经症患者日趋增多,选择合理而有效的治疗方法显得尤为重要。以往治疗过于依赖药物,而忽视了患者的心理因素,随着医学思维模式的转换,心理治疗在疾病的治疗中越来越受到重视。药物治疗结合心理治疗、体育锻炼的综合疗法日益成为心血管神经症治疗的主流。With the ever-changing social environment, the numbers of patients with cardiovascular neurosis are becoming more and more larger. It is important for these patients to chose a reasonable and effective treatment method. In the previous treatment, drug was depended on too much and the psychological situations for patients were ignored. With medical thinking conversion, psychological therapy has are being received more and more attention. The combination therapy with drug treatment, psychological treatment, physical training has increasingly become the mainstream of modern treatment.
