摘 要:使用挤压铸造工艺制备出一种新型高强韧Al-Cu合金,75Mpa挤压力T5热处理状态下其抗拉强度和延伸率分别达到490MPa和9.8%,比同条件下无压力时分别提高71.9%和50%。对该合金力学性能及其显微组织进行分析,结果表明,Al-Cu合金的抗拉强度和延伸率均随压力的增加而增大;加压之后晶粒明显细化,枝晶间距减小。Squeeze casting process is used to produce a new high strength and high toughness Al-Cu alloy. The alloy in T5 heat-treated condition is 490MPa in ultimate tensile strength with a rise 71.9% and 9.8% in elongation with a rise 50% under 75MPa pressure. Microstructure and mechanical property of the alloyare examined in the as-cast and heat-treated conditions to determine theeffect of the squeeze pressure. Results show that the ultimate tensile strength, the elongation of the as-cast and the heat-treated castings increase with the applied pressure. The grain size and the dendrite arm spacing decrease with the increase of applied pressure.
