新型城市化地区居民城市公共空间认知与利用研究——以天津经济技术开发区为例

摘　　要：在城市化的过程中,随着大城市空间的扩张,出现了一种与传统的外延型城市化完全不同的新型城市化地区。这些新型城市化地区的出现显著改变了大城市的地域空间结构,并已成为我国城市化和城市空间扩张的重要方式。以天津经济技术开发区居民社区发展问卷调查为第一手资料,通过分析居民对这一新型城市化地区不同阶段有代表性的城市公共空间的认知状况、利用状况及其影响因素,为此类型地区的城市公共空间建设提供科学依据。With the expansion of the metropolitan area, a new type urbanized area emerged in a way totally different from the traditional urban form. This kind of place is always sited in the edge of big cities, diffusing the population and industry of the central city. The emergence of such new type urbanized area has greatly changed the territorial spatial structure of the big city, and quickly become an important way of urbanization and urban space outspreading in China. The industry exploitation oriented ＇new town＇ is an important format of new type urbanized area, which includes Economic-technological Development Area and Industrial Park,etc. This kind of area often relyed on the mother city or neighbor town to solve its living and habitation problem. Recently,in the background of upgrading the comprehensive competence,the living service function of this kind of area was greatly improved. However, such great investment did not achieve corresponding economic and social benefits. Thus, the relationship between the residents and the urban public place in this new type urbanized area, as well as the impact of the construction of urban public space,needed to be discuss in detail. Based on the questionnaire of residents on community development in Tianjin Economic-technological Development Area, the authors analyzed the characteristics of residents＇ cognition and utilization of urban public space in such new type urbanized area. as well as its impact factors. The results were concluded as follows：First,the residents＇ cognition and utilization ratio of each urban public space is very high compared with the former research held in the big cities. Second, In the same type of public space, the residents has a higher cognition and utilization degree of the high-rank commercial center and the big-size cultural-gymnastic infrastructure, as well as the city square and park. Third, the residents＇ cognition and utilization of the urban public space is influenced by the some factors. At last,the prospect of this kind
