中国都市现代农业产业化发展模式研究--以西安市为例

摘　　要：农业产业化是现代农业的重要内涵与农业经济发展的新形式。改革开发以来,我国社会经济尤其是城市化快速发展,都市现代农业产业化发展的条件已经具备。文章在对国内外农业产业化发展模式阐述评析的基础上,结合实地调研资料,分析了西安市农业产业化发展的现状特点,进而遵循劳动地域分工理论与产业经济理论,从发挥资源、区位、交通、市场、科技、组织方武等优势因素出发,构建出符合该市现代农业发展的"龙头企业(公司)+农户"、"农户+主导产业"、"农户+合作经济组织(农业协会)+超市"三种类型的农业产业化发展模式,并探讨了其实施机制。As one of the great agricultural countries in the world, China has always attached importance to agricultural development, but its development process of agricultural industrialization is still relatively backward. Modem agriculture is featured with industrialization management, high input with high output, high commodity rate, specialization, socialization, production standardization and sustainability. The basic types of agricultural industrialization of foreign countries are as following ： the cooperation of cooperativeherd and agriculture, the cooperation of production means, the cooperation of process and marketing, the cooperation of management and technical advisory, and the cooperation of credit insurance professional associations. Agricultural development has made a great progress and development in Xi＇an. Meanwhile, there still exist some problems, such as small scale, weak competitiveness, low level of agricultural product processing and transferring, the short creative ability of product development, incomplete interest connection,etc.. According to the theory of Labor Region Division and Industry Economy, taking advantages of the resources, location, transportation, market, technology and organization, the authors put forward three development modes of agricultural industrialization for Xi＇an, as follows： （1）＂Peasant Household ＋ Leading Enterprises＂ mode. This mode belongs to the typical entity-driven type, and it is suitable for application in suburb, combining these resources and market condition. （2）＂Peasant Household ＋Leading Industry＂ mode. This mode is suitable for application in far- suburb, township or village unit and agglomeration, forming the characteristic product cluster. （3） ＂Peasant Household ＋ Cooperative Economy Organization＋ supermarket＂ mode. Based on mutual benefit, small-scaled farmers, according to quality standard, produce safe farm products, then enter the retail market directly through supermarkets, then it takes the shape of the co
