摘　　要：目的:探讨微型吸管加宫颈表面麻醉用于早早孕无痛人工流产的临床效果。方法:早早孕妇女分成3组,每组100例,分别采用微型吸管加宫颈表面麻醉法、传统人工流产术及药物流产3种不同方法终止妊娠,观察3组流产过程中腹痛情况、阴道流血持续时间及完全流产率等指标。结果:微管组与传统人工流产组相比,手术时间缩短,术中出血量减少。在术中疼痛程度、术后出血时间方面同传统人工流产组及药物流产组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。完全流产率达100%,未发现并发症。结论:微型吸管加宫颈表面麻醉法终止早早孕,简便易行,手术时间短,疼痛程度轻,术后出血时间短。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of using mini pipe under cervical surface anesthesia in terminating very early pregnancy. Methods： - 300 cases were randomly divided into 3 groups. Mini pipe under cervical surface anesthesia was used in mini pipe group. The other two groups used traditional artificial abortion and drug abortion respectively, Operation time, level of pain in operation, blood loss in operation, bleeding time after operation and complete abortion rate were observed. Results：Operation time and blood loss in operation of mini pipe group were significantly less than those of traditional abortion group. The pain level in operation and bleeding time after operation of study group were significantly less than the other two groups. Complete abortion rate was 100% in mini pipe group without any complication. Conclusions.. Using mini pipe under cervical surfacesia to terminate very early pregnancy is an easy and convenient way. It can reduce operation time and pain level and shorten bleeding time after operation. So it is worth extensively applying to clinical practice.
