肺霉菌球的CT诊断与临床表现

摘　　要：目的:探讨肺霉菌球的CT诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析5例肺霉菌球的CT表现。结果:肺霉菌球发生在右上肺2例,左上肺1例,右下肺1例,左下肺1例。其中2例患者合并肺结核,具有典型的"空气半月征"3例。结论:CT检查可准确显示霉菌球的形态、大小、周围组织关系等,动态显示空腔内霉菌球的位置变化,对霉菌球的诊断有较大价值。Objective： Discussion CT diagnosis value of lung mold ball. Methods： Analysis the 5 examples of lung mold ball CT performance. Results：The lung mold ball occurs on the right lung 2 examples, on left lung 1 example, right under lung 1 example, left under lung 1 example. 2 examples merges the pulmonary tuberculosis, has the model ＂the air semilunar sign＂ 3 examples. Conclusion：The CT inspection may accurately demonstrate the mold ball the shape, the size, periphery organize the relations and so on, in the dynamic demonstration cavity the mold ball position variation, has an greater value to the mold ball diagnosis.
