胎儿超声心动图在胎儿先天性心血管异常中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声心动图诊断胎儿先天性心血管畸形的临床价值,分析其漏诊及误诊原因,提高诊断的准确率。方法:12165例行产前胎儿超声心动图检查的孕妇为研究对象,将产前超声诊断结果与引产后尸体解剖结果、产后超声心动图诊断结果进行对比分析。结果:12165例胎儿超声心动图检出452例胎儿心血管异常,其中单纯性三尖瓣反流341例,左室假腱索30例,心腔内强回声光团17例,单纯性肺动脉瓣反流10例,结构性心血管异常54例。54例患者中超声诊断正确49例,占90.3%;误诊5例,占9.7%。结论:胎儿超声心动图是胎儿先天性心脏病产前检查的有效方法。Objective： To evaluate the clinical value of fetal echocardiography in the diagnosis of congenital heart disease in fetus, aralyze the misdiagnosed and improve the eehocardiographie diagnosis. Methods： 12156 pregnant women accepted fetal heart cheek with echocardiography, the results were compared with necropsy specimens of the fetal heart after termination of pregnancy or postnatal echocardiography. Results： In 12156 pregnant women, congenital cardiovascular anomalies were found in 452 cases by fetal eehocardiography, including 341 cases with isolated tricuspid valve regurgitation, 30 cases with false chordae in left ventricle, 17 cases with isolated eehogenic intracardiac loci, 10 cases with isolated pulmonary valve regurgitation,54 cases with structural heart diseases. In 54 cases with structural heart diseases, 49 cases （90.3%） were diagnosed correcdy,5 cases （9.7%） were misdiagnosed. Conclusion： Fetal ehocardiography is an effective method of prenatal diagnosis for fetal congenital cardiovascular anomalies.
