超声检查对2型糖尿病下肢动脉病变与糖尿病足的探讨

摘　　要：目的:研究糖尿病下肢动脉病变与糖尿病足的关系。方法:对178例2型糖尿病彩色多普勒检查显示。结果:有55.1%病例患下肢动脉病变。发现下肢动脉病变与糖尿病足密切相关,且糖尿病足合并下肢动脉病变者下肢动脉血管内径变窄,管壁增厚,斑块形成,血流缓慢。病变同时相关于年龄、病程、糖化血红蛋白、血脂异常、血纤维蛋白原和尿蛋白。结论:超声检查可提高2型糖尿病下肢动脉病变的早期诊断,降低患者的致残率。Objective：The study estimated the relationship between the diabetic foot and the preipheral atrterial disease（PAD）.Methods： We checked 178 patients peripheral arterial of type 2 diabetes by color Doppler image. Results：55.1% patients get arteriosclerosis obliterans. The artery of legs to the patients suffering diabetes foot are marrow, the wall of vessel is thick, the plaque tormation, blood flow is slow. We find arteriosclerosis of lege is related with diabeters foot. At the same time the pathological changes is related to the age, course, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood-lipid abnormality, urine protein. Condusion：The US may be help the early diagnosis for the lower llmb arterial lesions of the diabetic foot.
