摘　　要：目的研究LA0301在钩端螺旋体中的膜定位。方法运用Triton X-114抽提分离钩端螺旋体膜蛋白,以LA0301抗体为一抗进行Western blot。结果Western blot表明,LA0301位于有机相。结论LA0301为定位钩端螺旋体外膜的蛋白,这为开发研究LA0301为钩端螺旋体疫苗候选基因打下了基础。By means of Triton X 114 solubilization and phase partitioning studies, the LA0301 protein of Leptospira interrogans was proved to be located in the detergent phase. As demonstrated in Western blot analysis with rabbit anti-LA0301 antibody as first antibody and the well known protein localized in outer membrane LipL32 as positive control, both LA0301 and LipL32 were found to be located in the organic phase, indicating that they were the surface-exposed outer membrane proteins of L. interrogans.
