摘  要:以凹凸棒为原料研究了凹凸棒负载ZnCl2和AlCl3固体酸催化剂的制备工艺。以苯与苄基氯的烷基化反应为催化剂应用对象,考察了凹凸棒原料的酸化浓度、焙烧温度及不同负载量对该反应的影响。结果表明:凹凸棒经酸化、负载和活化处理后提高了催化活性,Friedel–Crafts反应苄基氯转化率可达80.37%。By using attapulgite as a catalyst material, the preparation process of attapulgite-supported ZnCl2, AlCl3 solid acid catalysts was studied. Benzyl chloride and benzene alkylation of the catalytic activity was detected. Effects of different acid treatment conditions, activation temperatures and different component loadings on catalytic alkylation activity of attapulgite-supported catalysts were examined. Characterization analysis shows that after acidification of attapulgite, load and activation treatment activated the component attapulgite-vector between the chemical bonding, thereby increasing the activity of the catalyst. Benzyl chloride conversion reaches 80.37% in the Friedel-Crafts reaction.
