摘 要:应用流动体系微型反应和怠速实验装置对Pd/Ni/La-Ce-Al汽车尾气净化催化剂的CO、C3H8、NO转化活性进行了评价、研究了镍含量和La-Ce-Al涂层对催化剂活性的影响、对催化剂进行了TPR、CO-TPD、O2-TPD、C3H8-TPD表征。结果表明:镍对Pd/La-Ce-Al催化剂具有良好的助催化作用;在实验条件下,镍含量为15‰时催化剂小试评价具有最好的CO、C3H8氧化活性和NO还原活性;La-Ce-Al涂层比例对催化剂转化活性影响很大;Pd/Ni/La-Ce-Al催化剂具有非常高的CO、HC三效氧化活性,但其NO三效还原活性有待改善。In this paper, Catalytic activities of CO, C3H8, and NO for cleaning automobile exhaust were evaluated with flow-system micro-reactor and idle speed experimental equipment. The influence caused by nickel concentration and La-Ce-Al washcoat on Catalyst activities were studied, and catalysts were indicated with the means of TPR, CO-TPD, O2-TPD, and C3H8-TPD. The results show that nickel has better assistance catalytic function; Pd/Ni/La-Ce-Al catalyst has the best CO, C3H8, and NO catalytic activities under the condition of 15%o nickel concentration; La-Ce-Al washcoat has important effects on catalytic activities; Pd/Ni/La-Ce-Al catalyst has excellent three-way oxidation activities of CO and HC under the idling condition, but the three-way reduction activities of NO should be further improved.
