摘  要:昆明自然和阿子营冷水下鉴定了亲本及其十和田xNIL同交的BC5F5群体264个材料12个性状及ICP-AES测定了昆明自然下糙米17种矿质元素,并研究了该群体两点12个性状间及其17种矿质元素间的相关,结果表明:(1)阿子营冷水条件下该群体9个形态性状的平均值及其变异系数与昆明常温条件下相近,但穗实粒数、秕粒数及结实率3个耐冷性指标性状的平均值及其变异系数差异较大。(2)冷水条件下十和田NIL群体形态性状间的相关比常温条件下更密切,冷水条件下有42对呈显著或极冠著相关(-0.823^**-0.954^**)而常温条件下仅有19对呈显著或极显著相关(-0.206^**-0.432^**)。(3)在昆明常温和阿子营冷水下BC5F5群体及其亲本12个形态性状与糙米17种矿质元素组成的408对性状中仅有糙米9种矿质元素(S、Fe、Na、P、Zn、Ca、K、Mg和Mn)与孕穗期耐冷指标性状密切相关。In this paper, 17 mineral elemental contents in brown rice of 264 lines of BC5F5 population for near-isogenic lines (NILs) and parents for Japonica rice from Kunming were determined by ICP-AES technique, and identified for agricultural traits under Kuming's normal temperature and Aziying's cold water condition. Correlation between 12 traits and 17 lnineral elements of brown rice in near-isogenic lines population for Lijing 2 were carried out. The results are as follows, ( 1 ) Mean and the coefficient of variation of nine traits for BC5F5 population under Aziying's cold water condition are similar to that of Towada under Kuming's normal temperature, but they have greater difference for three index traits for cold tolerance(full grains, blighted grains and seed setting rate per spike) between two ecological conditions. ( 2 ) Correlation of the morphological traits for NIL population on Aziying's cold water condition is closer than that of Kuming's normal temperature condition, the former has significant correlation for 42 pairs (-0.823^**-0.954^**) but 19 pairs of the latter (-0.206^**-0.432^**). ( 3 )Closely correlations between 9 mineral elements (S, Fe, Na, P, Zn, Ca, K, Mg and Mn) and cold tolerance index at the booting stage among 408 pairs between 17 mineral elements of brown rice and 12 traits of cold tolerance for BC5F5 population and parents under Kunming's normal temperature and Aziying's cold water condition.
