摘 要:采用熔炼-快速冷却工艺及可控结晶技术制备Na2O-PbO-Nb2O5-SiO2系玻璃陶瓷。采用DTA、XRD、介电性能测试等手段,分析了Nb2O5含量对Na2O-PbO-Nb2O5-SiO2玻璃陶瓷体系晶化过程和介电性能的影响。结果表明,结晶温度为750-900℃时,该体系主要形成的晶相为Pb2Nb2O7,NaNbO3和PbNb2O6相。在800℃以下结晶处理,Nb2O5含量的增加会抑制体系中NaNbO3相的出现,使得介电常数随Nb2O5含量的增加而降低;在800℃以上结晶处理,Nb2O5含量的增加会促进体系中PbNb2O6相的生成,同时可能使得体系中玻璃相含量降低,导致介电常数随Nb2O5含量的增加而升高。Na2O-PbO-Nb2O5-SiO2 glass-ceramics were synthesized by melt-quench process followed by controlled crystallization. The effects of Nb2O5 content on crystallization and dielectric properties of Na2O-PbO- Nb2O5-SiO2 glass-ceramics were investigated by means of differential thermal analysis ( DTA ), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and dielectric properties measurements. The results showed that Pb2Nb2O7, NaNbO3 and PbN- b2O6 were the crystalline phases which would form from the Na2O-PbO-Nb2O5-SiO2 glass in the temperature range from 750 to 900 ℃. The increase of Nb2O5 content would delay the crystallization of NaNbO3 phase below 800 ℃, which resulted in the decrease of dielectric constant. However, above 800 ℃, the increase of Nb2O5 content would stimulate the formation of PbNb2O6 phase, also might decrease the glass phase content, which led to the increase of dielectric constant of the glass-ceramic.
