摘 要:采用市售SrAl2O4∶Eu2+,Dy3+和自制Sr4Al14O25∶Eu2+,Dy3+两种长余辉发光粉分别与硝基白漆、硝基清漆和醇酸清漆混合,在分散剂和消泡剂等助剂的作用下制备了3种油性长余辉发光涂料。通过对两种发光粉和3种发光涂料进行的荧光光谱分析和亮度的对比测试,发现硝基白漆和硝基清漆均可制备高亮度的长余辉发光涂料,且在制备过程中发光粉体的光学性质不受油漆的影响;还研究了发光涂料的涂层厚度和环境温度对发光涂料亮度的影响,发光涂料在涂刷时不易过厚,低温有利于减缓发光涂料中发光物质能量的释放,高温促进其释放。3 types of oil-based luminescent coatings were prepared by mixing SrAl2O4 : Eu^2+, Dy^3+ and Sr4Al14O25:Eu^2+ , Dy^3+ with long afterglow luminescent powders into nitryl/alkyd varnish and nitryl white plaint, with the aid of dispersants and defoaming agent. In this study a fluorescence spectrophotometer and a brightness meter were used to characterize optical properties of the three types of the luminescent coatings and two kinds of the powders. The results indicated that nitryl white plaint and nitryl varnish were all suit-able for preparing luminescent coatings with high luminescent intensity. The nitryl varnish and nitryl white plaint did not change optical property of the luminescent powders. The effects of different thickness of the luminescent coatings and environmental temperatures on the optical properties of the luminescent coatings were obvious. The luminescent coatings were not suitable to coat too thick and the rate of releasing energy of luminescence materials could be slowed down at lower temperature.
