摘  要:SiCl4作为生产光纤预制棒的基础原料,其质量好坏直接影响光纤传输的质量,必须最大限度脱除引起光纤吸收损耗的杂质。综述了光纤用SiCl4的质量标准,并应用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)技术对国内外光纤用高纯SiCl4样品进行了对比。测试结果表明,本工艺产品含氢杂质含量明显降低,同时金属离子含量也达到相关技术要求,达到光纤级别,为建立工业化光纤用高纯SiCl4生产线提供了理论基础和技术参数。SiCl4 is a raw material for making performed optical fiber and its quality would influence on the transmission quality of optical fiber. It is desirable to eliminate impurities from material as much as possible. The quality standard of SiCl4 for optical fiber was discussed in present paper. High pure SiCl4 was determined by FT-IR technique and contrasted the domestic samples with overseas ones. The results showed that the concentration of hydrogen impurities in SiCl4 decreased obviously and the metal-containing impurities reached the fiber standard at the same time using the process of the present work production. For establishing the industrialized production of high pure SiCl4 for optical fiber, this study provided the theoretical foundation and processing parameters.
