摘  要:研究了TP-650钛基复合材料在500-850℃不同温度下热暴露5 h后的氧化行为和微观机制,结果表明:600℃以下,合金的氧化增重比其基体合金稍高;600-700℃,材料的氧化增重与其基体合金基本相当,比其他耐热合金如TC9,TC11的氧化增重略高;在700-820℃时,TP-650合金的氧化增重开始低于其基体合金,显示出较好的抗氧化性。另外TP-650复合材料在650℃长时间氧化遵循常规钛合金氧化动力学规律。The oxidation of TP-650 alloy at 500 - 850 ℃ for 5 h and its micromechanism were studied. The results showed that the weight gain by oxidation of TP- 650 alloy was a little more than that of the matrix alloy at the temperature lower than 600 ℃. When the temperature was in the range from 600 to 700 ℃, the weight gain of oxidation of TP-650 alloy was equal to that of the matrix alloy in princiole, and a little more than that of other heat-resistance alloy, such as TC9 or TC11 alloy. When the temperature was in the range from 700 to 820 ℃, the weight gain of oxidation of the alloy was less than that of the matrix alloy and the alloy showed good characteristic of oxidation-resistance. When TP-650 alloy was oxidized at 650 ℃ for a long time, its oxidation behaviour was responsible to oxide dynamic of the ordinary titanium alloys.
