摘　　要：本文以动力环境集中监控管理系统(以下简称:集中监控系统或监控系统)为主线,重点分析其在通信局站节能减排目标达成中的关键作用,同时阐明了为实现这些功能,规划好、建设好监控系统的重要性和注意事项。Based on the dynamic environmental centralized monitoring systerm （hereafter to be referred as Centralized Monitoring System or Monitoring System）, this article mainly reveals the System＇s key role in achieving the targets of energy conservation and emission reduction in Communications Bereau ＆ Station. It also expounds the significance and precautions in the planning and construetion of Monitoring System with a view to realizing these functions.
