摘  要:对于电站煤粉锅炉,均衡各燃烧器的出力,合理配置燃烧器喷口的煤粉浓度和出口速度是锅炉安全、经济运行的重要条件和保证。锅炉燃烧优化指导系统的开发及应用,为运行中及时有效地进行燃烧优化调整提供条件和依据。经多年的运行、考核表明,系统设计合理,运行稳定,测量部分可靠,信号处理准确,画面直观实用,能指导燃烧调整,使风粉均匀合理,有明显的节能效果和很高的实用价值。For utility's pulverized coal fired boilers,to equilibrate the outputs of all burners and rationally dispose the pulverized coal concentration and outlet velocity of burners' are the vital conditions and guarantee for the safe and economic operation of boilers.The development and application of guiding system for optimizing boiler combustion provide conditions and basis for carrying out timely and effectively the optimization and adjustment of boiler combustion.Operation and checking for many years indicate that the system design is rational,operation stable measuring parts reliable,signal treatment accurate,display visual and practical.The system can guide combustion adjustment,and make coal fines are flow even and rational,thus having obvious energy saving effect and high practical value.
