摘  要:从学校教育要树立"健康第一"的指导思想的角度出发,提出了改革体育课体能类项目的评分方法,采用定量的过程评价方法——"累积计分法"。通过对学生1000m跑和引体向上的教学实验,运用统计学的方法得出有关数据,将实验组与对照组进行分析比较,论证了采用"累积计分法"对调动学生学习的积极性和提高教学效果具有良好的促进作用,有利于体现"健康第一"的指导思想。From the perspective of school to establish a health first guiding ideology, this article puts forward that PE score method reform uses quota process appraisal method accumulated scoring law. By teaching experiment on students of 1,000- meters race and pull - up, the data was produced by the use of statistical methods, The experimental group and control group for comparison analysis, proved that using the accumulated scoring law to move the theenthusiasm of student studied and enhance the teaching effect had advantage action, which was benefit to embody the health first guiding ideology.
