现代生物技术的发展对竞技体育的影响

摘　　要：随着现代生物技术的迅猛发展,它在体育运动中的应用得到了人们的广泛关注,它给竞技体育带来极大实惠的同时,也给竞技体育道德伦理带来了前所未有的冲击与挑战:非自然人有参赛的权利吗?过分依赖人类基因图谱进行运动员选材是公平的吗?接受增强基因治疗运动员会成为新的兴奋剂问题,及对违规运动员的制裁是否要兼顾遗传考虑等,这些问题将成为体育研究领域的重要课题。The rapid development of moderm biological technology has brought a great benefit to the humans healthiness and humans life character. But the rapid development of moderm biological technology brought a great shock and challenge to the human beings themselevs at one time. For example, HGP, the diagnosis of genetic disease gene therapy, clone technology and so on,will bring about a new ethics problem. Does the unatural person has the right to join the game？ Is it fair to rely on the gene program to select and bring about the athelets？ Will receiving enhancement genetic therapy athletes be a new problem of abused excitant？ Is it right or not to consider his genetic problem if he break the sport rubes. The author holds that better ethics education and legal regulation in physical education will help to work out above problems.
