摘　　要：提出用DeST解决住宅耗热量指标验证的问题,软件计算结果与常规计算结果以及实测数据的比较证明了该方法的可行性;根据DeST计算结果总结出一种计算邻室传热负荷的简化方法,解决了分户热计量设计负荷计算的问题。Proposes to validate the heat loss index with building environment design simulation software DeST. The comparison among the calculation results of DeST, conventional calculation results and measured data proves the feasibility of this method. And works out a simplified method of calculating the heat transfer between neighboring rooms based on the calculation results of DeST, solving the problem of calculating the design heat load in household heat metering.
