摘  要:Eight molecular tweezers with single chiral arm have been synthesized by linking L-amino acid methyl esters to 3-position of methyl deoxycholate via triphosgene under microwave irradiation.The structures of these receptors are characterized by 1H NMR,IR,MS spectra and elemental analysis.Compared with the conventional method,this method is simple,safe,rapid and eco-friendly.Eight molecular tweezers with single chiral arm have been synthesized by linking L-amino acid methyl esters to 3-position of methyl deoxycholate via triphosgene under microwave irradiation. The structures of these receptors are characterized by 1H NMR, IR,MS spectra and elemental analysis. Compared with the conventional method, this method is simple, safe,rapid and eco-friendly.
