摘　　要：目的探寻传统民居内在价值及现存的困境与矛盾,剖析影响民居可持续发展的深度原因,并有效指出其可持续发展的理想模式。方法借鉴国内外研究理论,阐释了传统民居保护与利用的辩证统一关系,有效剥离两者在传统民居可持续发展中的影响作用。结果区位条件差、城市化进程的威胁和保护模式的错位等是影响传统民居可持续发展的主要原因。结论传统民居可持续发展应该采取有效保护和合理利用相协调的模式;旅游开发是传统民居可持续发展的合理途径;多维开发、精品开发、联合开发和文化开发是其旅游发展的有利模式。Aim To look for the internal value and contradiction, analyse the deep reason that hinders the sustainable development of traditional house, point out the ideal model of sustainable development. Methods Use dialectics to explain the dialectic relations between the protection and use which plays important role in the sustainable development of traditional house. Results The primary reason that hinders the sustainable development of traditional house are those which include the lacking of region, the intimidate of urbanization and the error of the protection model. Conclusion The harmony model between effective protection and the reasonable use should be adopted. the tourism development is the efficiency ave, the advantageous models of the tourism development should inexude multi-dimension development, primary development ,united development and culture development.
