摘　　要：针对加氢预热器膨胀节失效的问题,简要的介绍修复该固定管板式换热器膨胀节所采用的方法,同时还按相关标准校核了膨胀节焊缝的强度,指出了膨胀节拆装的主要注意事项。According to the failure problem of expansion joint in hydrogenation preheater,the methods used to repair the expansion joint in the fixed tube sheet heat exchanger were introduced. Also the expansion joint weld strength was checked according to the related standard. The main points for attention of the expansion joint dismounting were pointed out.
