摘 要:目的观察对大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤的保护和治疗。方法取wistar大鼠60只,根据给药不同随机分为6组,伪手术组,模型组,小、中、大剂量组、对照组。造模24小时后检测血清肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿NAG,并光镜、电镜观察肾脏组织病理变化。结果各实验组与伪手术组比较Cr、BUN、NAG明显升高(P<0.05),与模型组比较rhKD/APP中、大剂量组、对照组Cr、BUN、NAG明显降低(P<0.01 orP<0.05),小剂量组无明显差异。光镜电镜观察rhKD/APP中、大剂量组、对照组细胞损害较模型组明显减轻。结论rhKD/APP对大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤确实具有器官保护作用。Objective to observe the protection and treatment of rhKD/APP against renal isehemia-repeffusion injury in rats. Methods 60 Wistar Rats, were randomly divided into six groups according to the drugs given to the rats: sham-operation group, model group,low,middle and high doses rhKD/APP groups and contrast group, creatinine(Cr) in serum, bloed urea nitrogen(BUN) and NAG in urine were tested after 24-hour of making model, and pathological changes in renal tissues were observed under light microscope and electron microscope. Results Comparing with sham-operation group, Cr, BUN and NAG in other groups increased significantly( P 〈 0.05). Comparing with model group, Cr, BUN and NAG in middle-dose rhKD/APP group, high- dose rhKD/APP group and contrast group decreased significantly, there was no distinct difference between model group and low-dose rhKD/APP group( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05). Cell destoryment was significantly relieved in middle-dose rhKD/APP group,high-dose rhKD/APP group and contrast group comparing with model group observed by light microscope and electron microscope. Conclusion rhKD/APp has organic protective effect on renal isehemia-reperfusion injury in rats.
