摘　　要：延髓腹外侧区有广泛的传入传出联系,在调节血压、呼吸、疼痛以及内脏活动过程中起着重要作用.简要叙述了延髓腹外侧区的传入传出神经纤维联系及其功能的研究进展.There were extensive efferent and afferent projections in the ventrolateral medulla. The ventrolateral medulla play a key role in the modulation of blood pressure, respiration,pain and so on. The study summarized the results got in the research of the functions and neural pathway of the ventrolateral medulla in last years.
