摘  要:龙岩发电有限责任公司4×135MW机组循环流化床(CFB)锅炉在起动过程多次出现结焦现象,分析认为其根本原因在于给煤口给煤不均匀导致床温偏差大,炉内积存大量的未燃焦炭,一、二次风量调整不及时等。对此,提出了对2号炉A、B刮板给煤机的下煤口进行改造,将A2、B2下煤口由原来的600mm×600mm的方形改成底边600mm、高600mm的三角形,以及调整一、二次风量使氧量不低于8%等。改造实施后,经近一年的运行锅炉未再出现过结焦现象。The slagging phenomenon has appeared many times on CFB boilers of 4 × 135 MW units in l.ongyan Power Generation Co Ltd during the process of start - up. It is believed from analysis that the basic causes are as follows: uneven coal- feeding throuh coal feed port, leading to large deviation of bed temperature;a lot of unburnt coke accumulated in the furnace:and the regulation of primary air and secondary air isn't in timc,etc.. For these, retrofit measure of coal-dropping port for the scraper type coal feeders A and B equiped for boiler no. 2 has beep pnt forward,the coal- dropping ports A2 and B2 being reshaped from the original square of 600 mm × 600 mm to a triangle with bottom side of 600 mm and a height of 600 mm;at the same time.the primary air and secondary air have been adjnsted in time,making the oxygen content to be not lower than 8%, After implementation of retrofit,the slagging phenomenon basn't appeared again in the process of operation about one year.
