摘 要:对叶轮给粉机下粉不稳问题进行了分析,结果表明:给粉机下粉不稳与出粉管内有较大的正压波动,以及该波动无法有效传导至测量叶轮间煤粉的上部间隙有关,出粉管内静压和煤粉的粘性是影响下粉的主要因素。降低出粉管静压,减小煤粉的粘性,或增加外部作用力,可提高给粉机下粉的稳定性。The unstable prohlem of dropping pulverized coal flow from impeller type feeder has been analysis. Results show that the unstable dropping pulverized coal flow from the feeder is related to large fluectuation of positive pressure in the outlet pipe of pulverized coal,and the fluctuation can't he effectively conducted to the uppcr gap of pulverized coal deposited in the measuring impeller. The main factors affecting the dropping pulverized coal flow are the static pressure in the outlet pipe,and the viscosity of pulverized coal. Reducing the static pressure in the outlet pipe,decreasing the viscosity of pulverized coal or increasing the acting force from the outsidc,can enhance the stahility of dropping pulverized coal flow from the impeller type feeder.
