摘 要:介绍了华能丹东电厂350MW机组墙式燃烧锅炉磨煤机起停过程节油试验结果,简要分析了锅炉燃烧器布置方式及磨煤机起停方式对节油的影响。试验结果表明:2台锅炉在各种日常磨煤机起停方式及其对应负荷下可安全实现无助燃油起停,节油率达100%;燃烧器布置方式对实施节油有利,燃煤着火性能优异以及锅炉稳燃能力强等是实施节油的重要保证。The items and results of oil - saving test in start - up and shutdown process of the coal pulverizer for wall - type coal - firing boilers of 350MW units in Huaneng Dandong Power Plant have been presented,the influence of burners' layout mode in boiler as well as start - up and shutdown mode of the coal pulverizer upon oil - saving result being briefly analysed. Results show that: ( 1 )the two boilers in Huaneng Dandong Power Plant can realize start - up and shutdown without combustion - supporting oil according to daily start- up and shutdown mode and under corresponding load of them,the oil-saving rate up to 100% ;(2)the layout mode of burners is helpful to implement oil- saving, the excellent ignition behavior of fuel coal and strong combustion- stabilizing capability of the boilers are important guarantee to implement oil- saving.
