摘 要:以某锅炉厂450t/h循环流化床(CFB)锅炉的风水联合冷渣器为试验原型,按1:5的比例建立了可视化冷态试验装置。采用实际锅炉排渣作为试验床料,对流化床冷渣器选择仓过渣特性进行了冷态试验研究。试验结果表明:灰渣颗粒临界流化风速与粒径呈线性比例增长关系;选择仓过渣率在一定的流化风速下对粒径具有强烈的选择性,调整选择仓的流化风速可有效控制进入冷却仓的颗粒分布,这种选择性特性可有效指导冷渣器选择仓的设计与实际运行。Taking air - water combined slag -cooler of a 450 t/h CFB boiler in one powr plant as the test prototype,a visual cold -state test faeility has been set up ina proportion ratio of 1:5. Adopting slag discharged from actual boiler as bed material in the test,a cold - state test study on behavior of slag passing through selective chamber of a fluidized bed slag - cooler has been carried out. Results of test show that the critical fluidized air velocity of ash - slag particles is linearly increasing in proportion with the particle sizes under certain velocity of the fluidized air. the slag passing rate through selective chamber has strong selectivity with particle size. regulation of the fhlidized air velocity in the selective chamber can effectively control the distribution of particles entering into the cooling chain her. This behavior of selectivity can effectively be used as a guide for designing the selective chamber of a slag -cooler,and for practi cal operation of the slag- cooler.
