摘　　要：根据福建电网一次调频运行管理要求,以某电厂396MW机组为例,对其一次调频存在的调频响应缓慢、调频幅度与设定值偏差较大等问题进行优化。实际应用表明,优化后的一次调频功能基本满足电网调频要求。Based on requirements in operation management of primary frequency modulation for Fujian Power Grid, taking 396 MW units in one power plant as example,the problems existing in its primary frequency modulation,such as slow response for the frequency modulation, comparatively large deviation in amplitude of frequency modulation and in set value etc. have been optimized. Practical application shows that the primary frequency modulation function after optimization can basically satisfy the requirements of frequency modulation in the power grid.
