摘　　要：目的:研究葛根素抗血脂作用。方法:采用常规抗血脂作用的方法,测定血液中总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白的含量。结果:葛根素能显著降低血液中总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白的含量,显著升高高密度脂蛋白的含量。结论:葛根素具有降低血脂的作用。Objective.To observe the effect of Puerarin on Blood lipid. Methods：The content of total Cholesterol（ TC ） ,triglyeeride （TG）, high density lipoprotein（HDL） ,low density lipoprotein （LDL） in blood were determined and analyzed. Results：Comparing with NS group, the content of TC.TG.LDL showed evidently difference in NS group;Comparing with NS group, the content of HDL increased evidently in Puerarin groups. Conclusion：Puerarin could decrease the content of TC.TG.LDL evidently, and could increase the content of HDL evidently in blood lipid.
