摘 要:利用模压成型法制备了Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶粉体/丁基橡胶和Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9纳米晶粉体/丁基橡胶复合薄膜,采用4284A阻抗分析仪在20~50℃测试温度范围内研究了复合薄膜的压磁性能。结果表明,复合薄膜在〈0.09MPa微应力、低于200kHZ测试频率下压磁性能最好;升高测试温度使复合薄膜的压磁性能增加,非晶粉体/丁基橡胶复合薄膜在40℃时压磁性能最好,纳米晶粉体/丁基橡胶复合薄膜在50℃时压磁性能最好;在相同条件下,非晶粉体/丁基橡胶复合薄膜的压磁性能优于纳米晶粉体/丁基橡胶复合薄膜。The composite films of amorphous Fe73.5 Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 powders/butyl rubber and nanocrystalline Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 powders/butyl rubber were prepared by means of molding to shape. The piezomagnetic property of composite film is studied in the temperature range of 20-50℃ by 4284A impedance analyzer. The results show when the compress stress being low 0.09MPa, and test frequency being low 200kHz, the piezomagnetic properties of films are the best; The piezomagnetic properties of composite films increase as temperatures increase, the piezomagnetic property of amorphous powder/butyl rubber composite film is the best at 40℃, and the piezomagnetic property of nanocrystalline powders/butyl rubber composite film is the best at 50℃; And the piezomagnetic property of amorphous powders/butyl rubber composite film is more excelled than nanocrystalline powders/butyl rubber composite film under the same conditions.
