摘  要:以纳米羟基磷灰石/壳聚糖(n-HA/CS)复合材料为原料,以适量的氧化钙和碳酸钙为促凝剂,选用适当的固化液,加入具有促进骨再生和愈合的中药———黄芪多糖(APS),制备了一种新型复合骨水泥,并对其固化时间,抗压强度,表面形貌和细胞相容性进行了分析和表征。结果表明,当黄芪多糖加入量由1%(质量分数)增加到5%(质量分数)时,复合骨水泥的初凝时间由(18.39±0.35)min延长到(28.55±0.96)min,而抗压强度由(15.97±0.92)MPa降至(10.55±0.33)MPa。体外药物释放结果表明,载药骨水泥在pH=7.4的37℃模拟体液中可持续释放黄芪多糖4w以上。细胞可在其表面附着繁殖,体外细胞相容性良好。Different amount of APS was mixed with n-HA/CS bone cement to prepare an drug-controlled delivery system for the treatment of bone defects. The Physical-chemical properties of the system were investigated in detail,and the in vitro cytocompatibility were also evaluated. The results showed that, the setting time of the cement ranged from (18. 39±0.35)min to (28. 55±0.96)min and the compressive strength changed from (15.97 ±0. 92)MPa to(10. 55±0.33)MPa by increasing the amount of APS from 1wt%-5wt%. In vitro APS release from the bone cement pellets in SBF at pH 7.4 and 37℃ could continue more than 4 weeks. The test on cytocompatibility using human osteoblasts revealed positive cell viability and increased proliferation during the period of cell culture.
