摘　　要：本文采用微观与宏观、动态与静态、体外与体内、单因素分析与多因素综合评价相结合的方法,通过血小板粘附试验、凝血因子试验、血液流变学试验、体外血栓形成试验、动物活体试验、研究了水溶性止血纺织材料物理、化学因素变化对止血性能的影响规律,初步明确了水溶性纺织材料止血机理在于物理、化学、生物三方面作用。The interaction of soluble hemostatic fabric matreial with blood was studied from the point of molecular biology by the combination of microscopic and macroscopic method, dynamic and static state,inside and outside body, as well as single and many factors analysis method. By the experiment of blood coagulation factors, thrombosis outside body, blood reological properties, animal experiment, absorptance, toxicity, circulation and metabolism, the effect of physical properties and chemical properties on hemostatic property were studied.
