摘　　要：在中部崛起和中原城市群这一经济发展战略的背景下,黄淮四市(地区)在政策上、经济上被边缘化的倾向越来越明显,这对区域协调发展、和谐社会的建设构成了挑战。如何认识自身的边缘性,趋利避害,重构区域经济空间结构,加强区域经济合作,培育区域中心城市,合理调整经济结构,从边缘走向发展的前沿,这是黄淮四市未来经济发展的战略选择。At the backgrounds of economic delopment strategy,of rising the central China and central Henan agglomeration, Huanghuai Drstricts were being marginalized in the policies and econonry .There posed a challenge to coordinate the regional devlopmet and the building of a harmontions society .Understanding the marginaliaed chracteristics and formation mechanism of marginalization,to make full use of the advantages and avoid the shortcomngs ,reconstrcting the regional econnmic space structure,reinforcing the economic center city and regulationg economic structure,to leave periphery for development frontier,these were economic development atrategy of huanghuai Districts.
