宜春市高校社区老年人跌倒发生率调查

摘　　要：[目的]调查宜春市高校社区老年人跌倒的发生情况,探讨其跌倒的流行病学特征及对健康的影响,为预防和控制老年人跌倒提供科学依据。[方法]采用整群调查方法,对宜春市两所高校的60岁及以上的老年人515人,以询问方式调查老年人过去12个月跌倒的情况。[结果]515人中,12个月中发生跌倒81人次,跌倒发生率为15.73%,其中女性为18.71%,男性为12.24%,女性高于男性(χ2=4.0389,P﹤0.05);60～,70～,80～岁年龄组跌倒发生率分别为10.83%、21.00%、26.32%。研究对象515人中,40.74%的老年人因跌倒致伤,4.94%致骨折,19.75%致软组织损伤。[结论]宜春市高校社区老年人跌倒发生率较高,严重危害老年人的躯体及心理健康。[ Objective] To investigate the prevalence and status of fails of aged people in university-community of Yichun, and to explore the epidemiologic characteristics of falls and its effect on health so as to provide scientific basis for prevetting and controlling the falls of aged people. [Methods] A total of 515 aged people above 60 years old were investigated the situation of fails in the past twelve months in two universities of Yichun by cluster samphng method. [ Results] Out of 515 aged people, 81 people of them fell in the past twelve months with the falls rate of 15.73%, and 18.71% of the female aged people investigated fell in the past twelve months as well as 12.24% of the male aged people, so the rate for female was significandy higher than that for male; The incidences of fails for aged people at the age of 60 years, 70 years and 80 years were 10.83%, 21.00% and 26.32%, respectively. Due to falls, 40.74% of the aged people injured, 4.94% of them suffered bone fracture as well as 19.75% of them showed to be soft tissue injury. [Conclusion] The incidence of falls of aged people in university-community revealed to be higher, which had seriously damaged the mental and body health of aged people.
