摘　　要：医院总值班制度是现代医院的重要管理制度之一。本文结合我院工作实践,探讨医院总值班内涵、任务、特点、要求及应急处置等诸方面工作,以期为完善我国医院总值班总值班制度,规范化管理流程和提升处置各种复杂情势的能力,提供有益的借鉴。The hospital administrative watch system is one of important management systems in modem hospital. The article explored the contents, tasks, characteristics and requirements of administrative watch work with the our practices in general hospital to provide a useful references for improving the administrative watch system, standardizing the management Process and upgrading the ability handled all kinds of complicated situation in China.
