逍遥蒌贝胶囊对乳腺增生病超微结构的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨逍遥蒌贝胶囊对乳腺增生病超微结构的影响。方法:50只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、逍遥蒌贝胶囊小剂量组(小剂量组)、逍遥蒌贝胶囊大剂量组(大剂量组)和乳癖消组,每组10只。电镜观察各组大鼠乳腺的超微结构。结果:各治疗组大鼠给药后乳腺增生的病变程度均较模型组明显减轻,其中大剂量组、乳癖消组与正常组相仿,小剂量组次之。结论:逍遥蒌贝胶囊能够抑制苯甲酸雌二醇引起的大鼠乳腺增生,且有剂量效应。Objective：To explore the effect of Xiaoyao Loubei capsule on ultrastructure of mammary gland of rats with cyclomastopathy.Method：50 rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,Xiaoyao Loubei capsule treatment group 1 （low dosage）, group 2（high dosage）and Rupixiao treatment group（n=10）.Then ultrastructure of mammary gland of rats were observed,Result：Compared with the model group,the degree of histological alterations of mammary gland was alleviated obviously in treatment groups.Conclusion：Xiaoyao Loubei capsule has therapeutic effect on cyclomastopathy model rats induced by estradiol benzoate, and the effect is dose-dependent.
