摘　　要：目的报道应用单蒂双叶髂腹股沟皮瓣修复复杂性手外伤的临床效果,进一步探讨单蒂双叶髂腹沟皮瓣的临床应用。方法自2005年1月至2008年2月,我院根据手损伤的情况设计应用单蒂双叶髂腹股沟皮瓣修复了虎口、手掌背皮肤软组织缺损以及两手指的脱套伤16例。结果皮瓣全部成活,断蒂后手功能恢复满意,部分病例后期行皮瓣修薄术,外形恢复满意。结论单蒂双叶髂腹股沟皮瓣手术操作较为简单,皮瓣血运安全可靠,术后治疗及护理相对容易,是临床修复复杂手外伤有效的手术方法之一。Objective To report the clinical effect of lilioinguinal skin flap with single pedicle and two leaves and its clinical value, Methods Sixteen cases of complicated hand injuries such as skin avulsion of two fingers, tissue defects of palm and dorsum were repaired by the way of the lilioinguinal skin flap with single pedicle and two leaves to repair complicated hand injuries.Results All cases were survived, The outline and function obtained satisfactory restore, Conclusion With reliable blood supply and easy procedure, it is an ideal method to repair complicated hand injury by transfer of lilioinguinal skin flap with single pedicle and two leaves.
