摘  要:目的报告前臂皮神经营养血管筋膜蒂岛状皮瓣临床应用的效果,评价其临床应用价值。方法采用前臂内侧或外侧皮神经营养血管筋膜蒂逆行岛状皮瓣修复前臂远侧1/3及腕部皮肤软组织缺损16例。皮瓣面积最大13cm×8cm,最小5cm×3cm。结果15例皮瓣全部成活,1例皮瓣远端部分坏死(经换药处理愈合),经3~56个月随访所有皮瓣质地优良,外观无臃肿,功能满意。结论前臂皮神经营养血管皮瓣具有切取方便、旋转弧度大、血供充分、皮瓣成活率高、不牺牲主干动脉等优点,是修复前臂远侧1/3及腕部附近的皮肤软组织缺损现行的最好的方法之一。Objective A report of effects on clinical applications of forearm cutaneous neurotrophic vessel fascia pedicel flaps,and its clinical value. Methods Sixteen cases adopting forearm inside or outside cutaneous neurotrophic vessel fascial pedicel reversed flip repairing the distal forearm 1/3 and carpus cutaneous soft tissue defect. Area of the flaps: max 13cm×8cm, minimum 5cm×3cm. Results 15 cases were entirely survived, parital necrosis in 1 case, via 3-56 months following up, all the flaps with fine quality and shape, the effect and funcdon recovery were satisfactory. Conclusion With easy procedure, adequate blood supply and high survial rate, it is one of the best way to repair the soft tissue defect in the distal one-third of forearm and carpal region by transfer of forearm fasciocutaneous flap pedicled by cutaneous neural vessels.
