摘  要:采用高分子分散剂加入苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(CM)的无皂聚合,不添加有机溶剂和乳化剂,合成了阳离子纳米产品YNBJ-2。红外光谱分析表明YNBJ-2存在St、BA、CM单体链节。YNBJ-2乳液平均粒径为77.4nm,表面张力为46.886mN·m-1,其乳液颗粒的Zeta电位为+30mV。当YNBJ-2吨纸用量为0.6kg时,白纸板无需浆内施胶,反面Cobb值可达44g·m-2。当其吨纸用量为2.5kg时,瓦楞纸板可达A级标准。与纸厂现用工艺相比,纸板Cobb值降低4.5%,环压指数、裂断长、耐破指数、耐折度分别提高8.3%、7.5%、4.7%和16.6%。The cationic nanometer product YNBJ-2 synthesized by introducing a macromolecule dipersing agent into the soapfree copolymerization was prepared on the basis of styrene(St), butyl acrylate(BA) and methacryloxyethyltrimethyl ammonium chloride (CM) without organic solvent and emulsifier. IR Analysis of YNBJ-2 showed that its mocular structure consisted of main chains from St, BA and CM. Average particle size, surface tension and Zeta potential of YNBJ-2 was respectively 77.4nm, 46.886mN·m^-1 and + 30mv. When applying YNBJ-2 of 0.6 kg·t^-1 based on oven dry paperboard, the Cobb value of the back side of white paperboard was obtained at 44 g·m^-2 without the internal sizing agent. In addition, when applying YNBJ-2 of 2.5 kg·t^-1 based on oven dry paperboard, the quality of corrugated paperboard adapted to class A, meanwhile, the ring burst index, breaking length, burst index and foldness increased by 8.3%, 7.5%,4.7% and 16.6% respectively compared to those of paperboard treated with present sizing technology.
